Refunds & Cancellations
An initial non-refundable administration fee of 25% will apply to all courses.
Should ATA cancel a course, student will be entitled to a full refund or to transfer funds to another/future course. In this event, the student will be given his/her preferred option.
Please note that there is no refund for same-day cancellation.
Cancellation fee schedule:
1. Seven (7) working days before the course commences, a full refund, less the administration fee will apply.
2. Between three (3) and seven (7) working days of course commencement, 50% of the fee will be refunded, less the administration fee.
3. Cancellations within two (2) working days of course commencement or non attendance on Day 1 will attract a 100% cancellation fee of the total course fee being charged.
4. If the student commences the course and then withdraws after attending one day of the course, this will result in the full cancellation fee being applied, unless the student can provide evidence of extreme personal hardship or medical condition. However, should student wish to finalise incompleted competencies in a future course, the original fee payment can be used as credit towards that course within six months of initial payment. A student should request an “Application for Refund” form from ATA administration office.
5. If a student wishes to change his/her enrolment to another course delivered concurrently with the enrolled course, the fees paid will be transferable to the new course. A second administration fee will not be charged.
