  • Enter into discussions with prospective employers regarding your suitability as a prospective employee;
  • Coordinate interviews for you to attend, as requested by the prospective employer;
  • Conduct a minimum of two professional reference checks, as requested by the prospective employer: and,
  • Communicate with you when feedback is provided during the promotion process, as received by the prospective employer.
