Innovation Fund - Workforce Preparation Program

Australian Training Alliance are pleased to announce that our new Workforce Preparation Program was selected by DEEWR as one of only three programs allocated in South Australia in the first round of 2009 Innovation Funding submissions.

The Workforce Preparation program is designed to provide intensive support, integrated social inclusion training, support and mentoring to disadvantaged job seekers.

Australian Training Alliances successful Certificate II & III Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) programs have led to further funding being approved under the Productivity Places Program for 2009.

The Asset Maintenance programs have provided job seekers with both the theoretical training and the practical skills the industry requires and has seen tremendous employment outcomes at the back end of the program.
