RESA Skills Summit 2012

ATA is pleased to be announced as Major Sponsor for the 2012 RESA Skills Summit.

ATA Chief Executive Officer, Justin Scripps said that the Skills Summit is an invaluable forum for the Resources Sector to discuss solutions to workforce management, skills development and developing strategies to reduce attrition and costly staff turnover.

Elena has joined the ATA team in August 2011 as Recruitment Specialist to enhance and complement the existing team. With a Social Science degree majoring in Psychology, Elena has extensive experience across many industry sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Employment Services, Manufacturing, Resources & Engineering with a number of local, national and multinational organisations.

Having held positions as Employment Consultant and HR Generalist, Elena brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in best practice Recruitment processes, client engagement and delivers quality outcomes for her customers.

ATA supports the Variety Club Bash 2011

Australian Training Alliance has thrown it's support behind the 2011 Variety Club Bash. The vehicle sponsorship generously donated by Chief Executive Officer, Justin Scripps underlines ATA's commitment to supporting worthwhile community and charitable events. Bash support vehichle MW4 co-driven by Brian and Stuart Peddle takes care of competitors and their vehicles in times of need during the event.

Australian Training Alliance is known as a committed supporter of some of South Australia's most disadvantaged jobseekers, developing and delivering innovative programs to address social and emotional barriers.

ATA's Workforce Preparation Program provides a supportive and structured environment to highly disadvantaged, long term unemployed, people with a disability or indigenous jobseekers and is supported by Job Services and Disability Services Australia providers with funding provided under the innovation fund by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

Australian Training Alliance announces two new appointments

Australian Training Alliance CEO Justin Scripps announced two key appointments this week. Brian Peddle has joined ATA as Learning & Development Manager. Brian holds a Business Degree majoring in Human Resource Development and has extensive experience in productivity improvement, best practice development and implementation, workforce development and quality management. He’s held a number of senior operational roles and has been responsible for the development and implementation of Improvement/Excellence programs across a number of sectors from light, high speed manufacturing to heavy industrial engineering across Asia and Australia.

Andrew Dollman has been appointed to the role of Business Development Manager. Andrew brings extensive Construction Industry recruitment and business advisory experience. Recently Andrew has undertaken a consultancy role for the Australian Government in the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Services sector.

Justin says that “The addition of Brian and Andrew enhances the ATA Skills Centre team with broad industry knowledge and experience”.

Australian Training Alliance relocates to 16 Phillips Street, Thebarton!

Justin Scripps, ATA's CEO said " We are very happy to relocate in such prominent area. This is due to ATA's rapid growth in the marketplace and has required us to fast track our Skill Centre development plans."


The new head office is ideally positioned in close proximity of the CBD and easily accessible via the Adelaide Metro tram system that runs to the Entertainment Centre. It houses ATA's first Skills Centre. The Skills Centre contains training rooms for theory based learning, a large indoor lab as well outdoor area to conduct practical training exercises.
