ATA is driven to continually redesign the landscape of how social, emotional and economic disadvantage is addressed though education and increase the active participation rates of job seekers in our community.

- Provide intensive support to address each job seeker's individual barriers to employment.
- Provide holistic services to support and complement the Job Service Australia and Disability Employment Network system.
- Integrate social inclusion training, support and mentoring to enhance development outcomes.
