With our extensive experience in supporting social inclusion practices and delivering pre-employment programs, ATA is determined to make a difference to the lives of our job seeking participants. ATA is driven to continually redesign the landscape of how social, educational and economic disadvantage is addressed though education and increase the active participation rates of job seekers in our community.

Our contemporary service solutions are developed with the following key objectives, to:

1. Provide intensive support to address each job seekers individual barriers to employment.
2. Provide holistic services to support and complement  the Job Service Australia and Disability Employment Network system.
3. Integrate social inclusion training, support and mentoring to enhance development outcomes.

Our signature Workforce Preparation Program is designed to be delivered anywhere in metropolitan, regional or remote Australia.
