The objective of the Indigenous Employment Program (IEP) is to increase Indigenous Australians' employment outcomes and participation in economic activities, contributing to the Government’s commitment to halving the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous employment outcomes within a decade.
As an IEP panel member, ATA can exclusively apply for funding that supports innovative ideas and programs that address Indigenous disadvantaged job seekers and deliver employment outcomes.
