(Frontline Management)

Overview

The Frontline Management initiative was developed to help organisations improve productivity and management performance in the frontline. It is a competency-based program based on eight units of competence that describe required standards of performance in the workplace.

On completion of this course, and related assessment tasks, candidates will have achieved the nationally recognised standards of Frontline Management at Level 4 under the Australian Qualifications Framework

An 8 unit qualification made up of 5 core units and 3 electives . A unit is equivalent to 1 unit of competence:
